I had a wonderful experience with Shay at the State College of Beauty Culture. Even though she is newer at haircuts, she did an excellent job, and I was very pleased with the results. She took her time, listened carefully to what I wanted, and executed it beautifully. Shay has a lot of potential and shows a lot of promise. I can tell she's passionate about her work and eager to improve. I have no doubt she will get even better with more practice and experience.
